KEY DELIVERABLES: • Control the selected TC projects execution process improvements, initiatives implementation, and process improvements Ｏn further manufacturing excellence and best in class manufacturing cost structure, ensure all projects conform to company guidelines and control practices. • Develop the project investment proposal and plan request sheet, procurement requisition and project description • Provide corresponding technical support and guidance to the facilities including direct OIMS participation, shutdown / commissioning activities. Training Ｏn new equipment / installations. • Ensure all contractors adhere to flawless S&SHE practices and follow designated specifications/ standards via LPS tools, construction safety audits, etc. • Responsible for flawless performance, budget, schedule and close out of projects and effective turn-over with Operations upon completion. • Develop scope, cost and supporting economics documents for corresponding projects as the foundation of budget (P&B) and endorsement (funding processes) process. • Ensure that all engineering activities are in compliance with existing regulatory requirements, codes, and standards. • Ensure all project related files are archived timely and clearly (RMG, OIMS 3.1, STRIPE system).
